Hydrocore is a world-class group of knowledgeable managers, technicians, and scientists. Our core senior management staff has an average of 30 years of corporate, program and project management experience. Hydrocore members hold over 200 U.S. and foreign patents. A significant number of Hydrocore members hold multiple advanced degrees. Along with these, Hydrocore members have technical and craft experts in all applicable areas of manufacturing, assembly and construction.

CEO/Founder, John Mark Bardsfield
Hydrocore Founder, President and CEO, John Mark Bardsfield has trained in both physics and entrepreneurialism in the Masters programs at the University of Tennessee, as he worked with professors and Oak Ridge National Lab Scientist to integrate team members and technologies. Since 1998, he has conducted independent research at UT and ORNL, specifically in energy technologies and is the Hydrogen Economy Co-chair of the East TN Clean Fuel Coalition a DOE’ national Clean Cities program. He was an investment analyst for Lind-Waldock, earning 1000% ROI on private trading. He has studied fine arts, taught philosophy to conduct-disordered treatment-resistant adolescents and provided guidance counseling in ethics. He has worked in a coal mine to study the process of resource extraction and was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1993.

Mr. Richard Neil Molsbee, Senior partner and Chief Engineer
Mr. Richard Neil Molsbee, Senior partner and Chief Engineer for Hydrocore, has over 24 years of experience in the energy and environmental fields. His engineering and management background with Amoco Production Company, Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, and the U.S. Department of Energy has included many aspects of energy generation, waste-to-energy projects, plasma technologies, and their related environmental issues.

Dr. Delmar D. Long, senior partner and Chief Scientist
Dr. Delmar D. Long, senior partner and Chief Scientist for Hydrocore, has over 50 years of engineering and management experience and over 200 industry patents. He was engaged in working on environmental and waste-to-energy technologies for Lockheed Martin Energy Systems and the U.S. Department of Energy for over 10 years before developing plasma and IPGCC projects with Hydrocore.

Edward D Baldwin, VP of Market Development
30 years experience in management, business development, contracting, chemicals, and marketing. Beginning his career in agricultural chemicals, micronutrients, marketing and management, Mr. Baldwin has created several successful ventures including a clean energy electric vehicle rental company. Mr. Baldwin’s addition to the team emphasizes municipality cooperation and market growth. His experience includes the District Manager of the mid-south division of the Velsicol Chemical Corporation, VP of Marketing for the Royster Agricultural Products Company, numerous management positions, United States Army Captain, Special Forces, Consultant to Panamanian Dept of Agriculture, and past President, Vice-President, and Secretary of the Virginia Soil Fertility Association.
